Fresh egg Knepfle

Larger than their spaetzle cousins, our knepfle are composed mainly of fresh eggs, water and wheat flour selected from a regional miller.
Our artisanal manufacturing gives them this very specific irregular shape and gives them an inimitable softness.

Fry the knepfle in a dab of fat for 3 to 4 minutes.

Knepfle are a perfect accompaniment to dishes with sauces, game, and sauerkraut.
