Fleischnacka

This Alsatian meat roll is traditionally made with leftover pot au feu, rolled in noodle dough, cut into slices and cooked in broth.
We make our stuffings with beef, pork and vegetables, but also offer a version with poultry or salmon.

Cut into generous slices and fry for a few minutes or cook in broth.

Fleischnacka is served with meat broth or a light sauce and a salad, for a complete and balanced meal.
